I started my journey in real estate in 2006 obtaining my real estate license and quickly demonstrated my skills in being a consistent sales leader.
In 2013 I joined Coldwell Banker where I’ve been managing agents and helping the next generation get a step ahead of the game.
My experience as the past president of the Barrie & Association of Realtors (2019), and the current Ontario Real Estate Association Director gives me a wealth of knowledge to share with our team.

“I’ve been innovating in the real estate industry since 1995.”
In 1995 I got my real estate license. I realized I had a lot of ideas for the real estate industry that I knew would help people and it was my job to make these ideas a reality.
I was the first to come up with the concept of purchasing real estate with “no money down” & “lease-to-own”. I created a buyer program that’s helped me sell 3000+ homes. I didn’t do this just to help myself but I did it to help everyone in the industry succeed and reach farther than they have before.
My innovations and achievements in the real estate industry have been featured in a 3-part series in the Toronto Sun and the Builders Architect magazine.
